We report on a high efficiency (45%) single-oscillator monolithic Tm3+, Ho3+-codoped fiber laser emitting 195 W at 2.09 µm in CW mode of operation, with a beam quality near the diffraction limit (M2 = 1.08).

Frequency-quadrupled Nd-doped fiber laser source in the deep-UV at 226 nm (AF3A.5)

We present the first demonstration of a laser source at 226 nm based on the frequency-quadrupling of an all-PM Nd-doped fiber laser. The DUV laser delivers 175 mW of average power, 50 ns pulse at 30 kHz repetition rate.
